Search for 2026 The Outstanding PERAA Members
Dear Participating Institution,
PERAA’s search for 2026 The Outstanding PERAA Members (TOPM) is now officially open. This Search was established to recognize teachers and non-academic personnel with outstanding qualities and contributions in their respective schools and communities.
We have four (4) categories:

Academic Head |
Full-time permanent employees with management and leadership functions, with minimum of three (3) years in position, with license if applicable. |
|
Administrative Head |
Full-time permanent employees with administrative and coordinative functions, with minimum of three (3) years in position, with license if applicable. |
|
Full-time Teacher |
Full-time permanent teachers, instructors, and professors |
|
Administrative Staff |
Full-time administrative support staff or rank and file employees. |
Cash prizes and plaques await the winners. On top of it all, TOPM winners gain national recognition and will be acknowledged by other prestigious Search for outstanding teachers. We will also provide for transportation, accommodation and per diem for the finalists and winners during the final screening and the awarding ceremonies.
The TOPM Search, now on its 33rd year, will continue to reward first time Institutions joining the search. One (1) Laptop will be raffled off for first time Participating Institutions whose nominee makes it as a finalist.
We, therefore, encourage you to nominate four (4) candidates, one (1) for each category. Enclosed is the Acknowledgment Receipt and we are hoping to receive this form back with your four (4) nominees not later than November 28, 2025.
We are also enclosing the Guidelines and Mechanics, Checklist of Requirements and Official Nomination Form. These forms may all be downloaded from our website at www.peraa.org. Deadline for submission of Official Nomination Forms and supporting documents will be on February 27, 2026.
The awarding ceremonies will be held on PERAA’s 54th Anniversary/Annual Meeting in 2026. Details to be announced at a later date.
