PERAA's 52nd Anniversary Celebration and 44th Annual Meeting of Participating Institutions

Dear Participating Institution,

Notice is hereby given that the 44^th Annual Meeting of the Participating Institutions of the Private Education Retirement Annuity Association (PERAA) will be held on September 20, 2024 (Friday), 4:00 P.M. at the Santa Maria Three Ballroom, Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu - Serging Osmeña Blvd. cor. Juan Luna Ave., Cebu City. The meeting, to be chaired by Fr. Antonio S. Samson, S.J. will have the following Agenda:

 

1. Call to Order of the 44^th Annual Meeting
2. Verification and Certification of Quorum
3. Approval of Minutes of the 43^rd Annual Meeting
4. President’s Report on PERAA’s Operations for Calendar Year 2023
5. Treasurer’s Report on PERAA’s Financial Status for Calendar Year 2023
6. Approval of the Audited Financial Statement for Calendar Year 2023
7. Message from the Chairman
8. Adjournment

 

Please accomplish and send back to PERAA the attached Confirmation/Proxy Form on or before August 23, 2024.

 

Preceding the meeting will be the Administrators’ Conference which will start at 2:30 P.M. Please note that Registration is free and will be open by 1:00 P.M. Afternoon snacks will be provided during the conference and dinner will follow after the Awarding Ceremonies. Please refer to the program of activities for our 51^st Anniversary Celebration:

 

            1:00 PM    Registration

            2:30 PM    Administrators’ Conference / Launching of PERAA Member’s Portal

            4:00 PM    Annual Meeting

            5:00 PM    Awarding Ceremonies - The Outstanding PERAA Members (TOPM),

                             Outstanding Participating Institutions and other Honorary Awardees

            6:30 PM    Dinner / Fellowship Night

             

          (Door prizes will be raffled off between 3:00 to 7:30 PM)

 

Please make direct arrangements for your travel and accommodations. PERAA has a corporate rate with Radisson Blu Hotel which can be extended to participants for our event. We look forward to seeing you in Cebu.
